Get in shape for summer 2015
 

Our 6 week outdoor bootcamp program can increase your muscular endurance & cardio capacity. 

Beginners Welcome! 

What: Hour long group BOOTCAMP

The Program: 
Dynamic warm up (10-15 minutes) 
Work out – (Approx 35 min) Interval training, plyometrics, and explosive movements. 
Cool down/ Stretching – (10 mins) 

Where: Scenic View Park, Byron (1810 Ironwood Road, London)

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays 7-8pm
6 weeks – Starts Tuesday May 5th 

Equipment: Yoga/exercise mat & water bottle 

Cost: $125 (payment due 1st session) 

This program is not easy, but you will see great results and have fun doing it.  

 

Workouts can be scaled according to your level of fitness.
